Ingredients
  Chickpeas 4 Ounce
  Sliced ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain the chick peas and rinse well under running cold water.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
