Salami Cheese Salad

Ingredients
Torn lettuce - 6 cups
Salami - 1 cup, sliced, cut in quarters
Natural Swiss cheese - 4 ounces, cut in strips
Ripe olives - 1/2 cup, sliced, pitted
Canned pimiento - 3 tablespoons, chopped
Anchovy fillets - 1 (2-ounce) can, drained and chopped
Salad oil - 1/3 cup
Wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Garlic - 1/2 clove, crushed
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a screw-top jar, put together oil, vinegar, and garlic for dressing; seal jar and shake until well combined.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl mix together lettuce, salami, cheese, olives, pimiento, and anchovies.
3. Add salad dressing and toss well.

SERVING
4. Serve Salami Cheese Salad with grilled steaks.
