Hot Beet Salad
|Diced beets||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sweet mixed pickles||8 Ounce|
Place diced beets and liquid in a saucepan.
Drain juice from the pickles and add to beets.
Cover and allow to simmer until the spicy juice has permeated the diced beets.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup chopped sweet mixed pickles and salt and pepper to taste.
Drain thoroughly and serve imme- diately with mayonnaise.
