Moong And Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Grated carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Moong dal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Gram)
  Cilantro leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Thai green chili To Taste, diced
  Juice of lemon 1⁄2 Medium
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl (you can save cilantro to garnish at the end if you like)
Serve and eat!
