|Wine cured salami||4 Ounce, sliced into very thin rounds|
|Cooked garbanzo beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed and drained|
|Cucumber||1 Large, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks|
|Green onions||4 , thinly sliced|
|Yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1. Marinate the tomatoes in vinaigrette for about 15 minutes.
2. Add salami, beans, half the cucumber, and half the onions; mix well.
3. In a blender container, put other half of the cucumber, the remaining onion, yogurt and 1 tablespoon of vinaigrette from the salad bowl; blender to a smooth mixture.
4. In a large serving bowl, arrange the salad and pour the dressing and toss gently to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
