Smoked Turkey Salad in Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Watercress 2 Bunch (200 gm), chopped
  Smoked turkey 8 Ounce, cut in to chunks
  Pink grapefruit 1 Small, peeled and sectioned
  Vinaigrette 2 Tablespoon
  Sage/1/2 teaspoon dried sage 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
  Poppy seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large salad bowl, arrange the bottom with watercress.
2. Gently toss together turkey and grapefruit and place over the watercress.
3. Blend vinaigrette, sage, pine nuts, and poppy seeds.

SERVING
4. Pour the sage-nut dressing over the salad; toss and serve immediately.
