Pecan Peach Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe peaches 4 , peeled, halved and stoned
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (225 gram)
  Pecan nuts 4 Ounce, finely chopped (100 gram)
  Lettuce leaves 8
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, put the peaches.
2 Generously sprinkle with the lemon juice.
3 Toss to coat well.
4 In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and pecan nuts.
5 On four individual serving dishes, arrange the lettuce leaves
6 On each dish, arrange two peach halves cut sides up.
7 Fill the center with the cottage cheese mixture.

SERVING
8 Serve immediately.
