Pecan Peach Salad
|Ripe peaches||4 , peeled, halved and stoned|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Cottage cheese||8 Ounce (225 gram)|
|Pecan nuts||4 Ounce, finely chopped (100 gram)|
1 In a bowl, put the peaches.
2 Generously sprinkle with the lemon juice.
3 Toss to coat well.
4 In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and pecan nuts.
5 On four individual serving dishes, arrange the lettuce leaves
6 On each dish, arrange two peach halves cut sides up.
7 Fill the center with the cottage cheese mixture.
8 Serve immediately.
