Everyone with love for fruits is sure to love this Lime-Fruit and Cheese Salad. Try out this simple recipe for extremely healthy and filling Lime-Fruit and Cheese Salad!
Ingredients
  Fruit cocktail 15 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce
  Lime flavored gelatin 3 Ounce
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Processed grated american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain syrup from fruit cocktail and pineapple into measuring cup; add water to make 2 cups liquid.
Heat in saucepan; add gelatin and stir until dissolved; add lemoa rind and juice.
Chill mixture until slightly thickened.
Fold in drained fruits and cheese.
Spoon into individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with crisp greens and French or Whipped Cream Mayonnaise.
