Crab Meat Apple Salad
|Canned crab meat||14 Ounce|
|Red apple||1 Large|
Empty crab meat into a mixing bowl.
Pick over crab meat and remove shells and membrane.
Add celery, moisten with mayon- naise and season with salt and pepper.
Pile crab meat mixture into lettuce cups.
Core apple, but do not peel, and slice in wedges.
Garnish each salad with slices, sprinkle lemon juice over apple slices.
