Ingredients
  Cooked diced chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
Directions

Combine gelatin and cold water, let stand 5 minutes.
Add water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, salad oil and cool.
Add beaten eggs, catsup and mayonnaise and beat with a rotary beater.
Add chicken, celery olives and pimiento.
Pour into a large mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
