Sauerkraut Salad With Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients
  Sauerkraut 19 Ounce (1 can)
  Green pepper 2 Ounce, diced for about 1/4 cup
  Celery 4 Ounce, diced for about 1/2 cup
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Liquid sweetener To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Pour off the liquid from the sauerkraut and drain well.
2) Place the sauerkraut in a bowl.
3) Stir in green pepper, celery, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, seasoning, garlic salt and sweetener.
4) Cover the bowl and place in refrigerator until chill.

SERVING
5) Serve on the bed of small mixed salad if desired.
