|Red apples||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled, cored and diced|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
|Sun dried unsulphured dates||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (preferably homemade)|
|Sea salt||1 Dash|
|Lettuce leaves||3 (Crisp, as desired)|
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples with the lemon juice.
2) To this, add the celery, dates, salt and mayonnaise.
3) Toss well to combine.
4) Serve the Harvest Salad on crisp lettuce leaves.
