Harvest Salad

Ingredients
  Red apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), peeled, cored and diced
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Sun dried unsulphured dates 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (preferably homemade)
  Sea salt 1 Dash
  Lettuce leaves 3 (Crisp, as desired)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples with the lemon juice.
2) To this, add the celery, dates, salt and mayonnaise.
3) Toss well to combine.

SERVING
4) Serve the Harvest Salad on crisp lettuce leaves.
