Fresh Vegetable Summer Salad

Ingredients
  Salad greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into 1 inch suares
  Yellow bell peppers 1 , cut into 1 inch suares
  Raddish 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Lemon 1 , juice and rind
  Lemon and mint chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Mint leaves 30 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the salad greens and other vegetables, toss together.
2. In another bowl, add Lemon & Mint Chili sauce,lemon juice, olive oil, Salt & Pepper Blend and mix it.
3. Pour the sauce onto the salad, add lemon zest and toss again

SERVING
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
