Ingredients
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Seedless grapes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Toasted salted almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine chicken and celery.
Add lemon juice and let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Combine with grapes, almonds, capers, nutmeg, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Pile on lettuce cups and serve with mayonnaise.
