Romaine Salad

Ingredients
  Red radishes 4
  Romaine head 1 Medium
  Cucumber 1 , sliced thin diagonally
  Sweet onion 4 Ounce, sliced and broken into rings (1 medium-sized one)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Imitation butter flavoring 1⁄8 Teaspoon (optional)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the radishes lengthwise to make 4 slice of one radish.
2) Place the radish slices in ice water for 10 to 15 minutes or until they opens.
3) Leave the romaine in cold water until crisp.
4) Tear the romaine in bite sized piece.

MAKING
5) Line a salad bowl with romaine and arrange cucumbers and onion rings.
6) Toss lightly.
7) In a bowl, mix together vinegar, salt, pepper and butter flavouring.
8) Sprinkle the salad with the vinegar mixture, and stir lightly.

SERVING
9) Garnish the salad with parsley and radish rosettes.
