Delicious Seafood Salad
|Flaked cooked fish||3 Cup (48 tbs) (cod, flounder, sole)|
|Frozen shrimps||2 Pound, cooked and chopped (2 packages , 1 pound each)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Chives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1) Chill a serving plate.
2) In a bowl, add the fish, shrimps, lemon juice, celery, and chives.
3) Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and refrigerate till ready to serve.
4) Place on serving plate and top with lemon slices.
