Fruit Salad Dressing
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Small, well beaten|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 In a bowl over hot water or a double boiler, combine all the ingredients except lemon juice and cream.
2 Cook until the mixture is thick and smooth.
3 Blend in 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
4 Allow to cool.
5 Gradually fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream.
6 Use as desired.
