Cold Beef Salad

Ingredients
  Canned bean sprouts 19 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked roast beef 4 Ounce, slivered
  Hot mustard To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pour off the liquid from the bean sprouts, wash in cold water and drain.
2) In a bowl, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sweetener and monosodium glutamate.
3) Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the sprout mixture and toss well.
4) Mix in thoroughly the beef, seasoning and mustard.
5) Cover the bowl and refrigerator until chill.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately with a lemon wedge on side if desired.
