|Sauerkraut||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a mixing bowl, combine the sauerkraut, bean sprouts, celery, onions and green pepper. Keep aside.
2) In a pan, combine the honey, vinegar and water and cook for 5 minutes.
3) Cool the mixture well.
4) Over the sauerkraut mixture, pour this.
5) Keep in the refrigerator to cool for 24 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
