Green and Gold Salad
|Grapefruit sections||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mandarin orange sections||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lime jelly/1 package double||2 Ounce (Ordinary Variety, 2 Packages, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Avocado||1 Large, mashed with a little lemon juice|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1 In a pan, add jelly to boiling juice from the canned fruit and water to make 1 3/4 cups, stir to dissolve.
2 Cut down on liquid, if using mayonnaise
3 If grapefruit is large, cut grapefruit sections.
4 Stir in orange and avocado, keep aside to set.
5 Serve once set..
