Fresh Pear Salad

What can be more healthy and satisfying than this Fresh Pear Salad! Try out this easily made recipe for your own homemade Fresh Pear Salad and continue being healthy!
Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pears 3 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Blue plums 2 Large
  Whole walnut meats 6
Directions

Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
Peel pears, cut in half lengthwise and core.
Sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from darkening.
Place a plum ring in the center of each half and then a spoonful of the mayonnaise mixture.
Top each salad with a whole nut meat.
Arrange on lettuce leaves and serve with additional cheese-mayonnaise.
