Tarragon Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Indian relish/Sweet relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Season all 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain the tuna and flake it.
2) Mix together the celery, tuna and relish.
3) Combine together all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4) Add the mixture to the tuna and blend well.

SERVING
5) Serve the salad on crisp lettuce. If preferred, garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs, thin slices of avocado or tomato wedges. The preparation can also be used as a filling for sandwiches.
