Cooking up something special is always fun and here's a simple recipe for Baked Avocados with Tuna Salad to double that fun. This Baked Avocados with Tuna Salad is really gonna taste good and will definitely make up a great meal!
Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 3
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn flakes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut each avocado into half lengthwise
2) Discard the seed
3) Brush the avocados with lemon juice
4) Mix together the tuna, celery, salt, pepper and the mayonnaise
5) Fill the avocado shells with the tuna mixture
6) Lightly crush the corn flakes and mix with the melted butter
7) Sprinkle over the tuna salad
8) Place the avocado shells in a lightly greased baking pan
9) Bake in the oven for 15 minutes till just heated through

SERVING
10) Serve the salad at once
