Ingredients
  Canned sauerkraut 19 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked chicken 12 Ounce, diced
  Canned peas 4 Ounce, drained
  Tomatoes 4 Ounce, diced
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a salad bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Lightly toss to combine.
3) Place inside refrigerator to chill.

SERVING
4) Serve the salad very cold on individual salad plates.
