Fruit Salad in Sherry

Ingredients
  Dates 1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted and cut into halves lengthwise
  Red apples 2 Medium, cored and quartered
  Fruit salad 2 Pound (1 Jar)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place quartered apples on a chopping board and thinly slice them.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. To sliced apples, add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
4. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

SERVING
5. Serve chilled.
