Fruit Salad in Sherry

|Dates||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted and cut into halves lengthwise|
|Red apples||2 Medium, cored and quartered|
|Fruit salad||2 Pound (1 Jar)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||2 Teaspoon|
1. Place quartered apples on a chopping board and thinly slice them.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. To sliced apples, add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
4. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Serve chilled.
