Fruit Salads Apple and Sour Cream Slaw
|Apples||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Finely shredded cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Poppy seed||1 Tablespoon|
1) In a large bowl, place together apples, cabbage, cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt pepper and poppy seeds.
2) Lightly toss the apple mixture, until well combined.
3) Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for least 1 hour before serving.
4) Pile the salad in the serving plate and serve cold.
