Fruit Salads Apple And Sour Cream Slaw

Ingredients
  Apples 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Finely shredded cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Poppy seed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, place together apples, cabbage, cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt pepper and poppy seeds.
2) Lightly toss the apple mixture, until well combined.
3) Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for least 1 hour before serving.

SERVING
4) Pile the salad in the serving plate and serve cold.
