Fresh Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 8 , sliced
  Avocados 4 , diced
  Green onions with tops 2 Bunch (200 gm), chopped
  Salad greens 40 Ounce (Spinach, Red Lettuce, Head Lettuce, Romaine, Watercress)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Orange 1⁄2 Medium, unpeeled, cut in paper- thin slices
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a quart jar, add all the dressing ingredients together, except the orange.
2) Cover tightly with the lid and shake well.
3) Add the orange slices, cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

MAKING
4) In four wooden bowls, add the salad greens, tomatoes , avocados and green onions together.
5) Pour over the dressing, toss well, until all the salad ingredients are thoroughly coated.

SERVING
6) Serve the Mixed Green Salad bowls immediately.
