Cauliflower Salad Bowl
|Raw cauliflower||4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Ripe olives||1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped, pitted|
|Green pepper||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Pimiento||12 Cup (192 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Crisp salad greens||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Take a medium bowl, put cauliflower, olives, green pepper, onion and pimiento in it.
2.Prepare the dressing by mixing salad oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in a bowl.
3.Blend the oil mixture thoroughly.
4.Once done, pour the blended mixture on cauliflower mixture and refrigerate.
5.Toss and serve in salad bowls lined with salad greens.
