Higgins Lake Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 , sliced
  Bermuda onions 4 , sliced
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled and sliced
  Navel oranges 4 , peeled and sliced
  Oil and vinegar dressing To Taste (as required, bottled)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and oranges together.
2) Pour over the oil-and-vinegar dressing, mix thoroughly.

SERVING
3) Serve the Higgins Lake Salad for a holiday brunch.
