Everyday Egg Salad Sandwich

Egg salad sandwich is something that you can happily eat at the snack time. You don't even need to think much about health, because eggs are healthy. This food is good for kids.
  Eggs 3
  Bread 4
  Onion 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon

Medium heat the pan.
Add eggs to the pan.
Add water.
Put a mixer beater in the pan.It prevent eggs to crack.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Remove egg shells.
Rinse with cold water in a small bowl.
Chop up the eggs.
Add onion, mayonnaise, black pepper, basil, and parsley to the bowl.
Mix them well.
Cover, chill for an hour.
Make sandwiches with bread and egg mix.
Remove some crust of breads.
Slice the sandwiches.
Serve with cheese.
Top with parsley.
