  Oregano 1 Dash
  Italian dressing 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon

1. Wash, peel, and cut the carrots.
2. Shred up the carrots with a grater.
3. Place shredded carrots in a bowl.
4. Add mayonnaise, oregano, italian dressing, and black pepper.
5. Stir the salad.
6. Serve salad in a dish.
7. Top with parsley.
