Fresno Fruit Salad
|Seedless grapes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fresh dates||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced, pitted|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. To prepare cantaloupes, cut them into halves, scoop out seeds and put halves on individual serving plates.
2. Prepare the oranges by peeling and sectioning them.
3. Mix with grapes and dates and fill cantaloupes with the mixture.
4. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and serve as dressing for salad.
