Shrimp Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Shrimps 1 Pound, cooked, shelled, and deveined
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grapefruit sections 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), coarsely chopped and drained (Plus additional grapefruit sections)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (more to taste)
  Grapefruit shells 4
  Shredded salad greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, mix shrimps, celery, grapefruit sections, and mayonnaise, and blend thoroughly.
2 In grapefruit shells, fill the mixture.
3 Using the additional grapefruit sections, decorate the shells.

SERVING
4 On a bed of shredded salad greens, serve the shells.
