Salmon Sauterne Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1 , dissolved in 1 cup hot water
  California sauterne 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , freshly squeezed
  Onion 1⁄4 , chopped fine
  Cucumber 1 , chopped (optional)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, soften the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
2) Stir into the hot chicken bouillon, until dissolved.
3) Stir in rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
4) In well greased mold, preferably fish-shaped , pour the mixture and refrigerate until set.

SERVING
5) Unmold the Salmon Sauterne Salad over a bed of lettuce and serve with the mayonnaise.
