Fresh Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Tomato 1
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Coarse kosher salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil/Other fresh herb 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the tomato into thick slices.

MAKING
2) In the bottom of a small glass or porcelain serving dish or a souffle dish, arrange a layer.
3) Lightly season the tomato slices with salt and pepper.
4) Pour in some of the oil and vinegar on top and sprinkle with the parsley.

SERVING
5) Serve the tomatoes salad.
