Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 3⁄4 Pound
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh blueberries 1 Pint
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced peaches 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use Fresh, Frozen Or Canned)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix first 4 ingredients lightly.
2. Spoon in 6 mounds onto cress.

SERVING
3. With peaches garnish each and serve with mayonnaise.
