Salmon Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 1 Pound
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked cubed potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Discard the skin of drained salmon and add to a large bowl as large pieces.
2. Mix in celery, relish, horseradish, potatoes, and onion. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and allow to chill.

SERVING
3. Add salad dressing and toss slightly. Divide equally among 6 chilled salad plates and serve garnished with grated cheese.
