Salmon Potato Salad
|Canned salmon||1 Pound|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed potatoes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Discard the skin of drained salmon and add to a large bowl as large pieces.
2. Mix in celery, relish, horseradish, potatoes, and onion. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and allow to chill.
3. Add salad dressing and toss slightly. Divide equally among 6 chilled salad plates and serve garnished with grated cheese.
