Tomato Vegetable Ring

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 3⁄4 Pint
  Gelozone/Agar agar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Diced and cooked mixed vegetables 8 Ounce (Use Cold)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, pour 1/4 pint of the tomato juice.
2) On high power, cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until the juice starts boiling.
3) To this, add the agar agar and stir until dissolved well.
4) To this, now add the remaining tomato juice, lemon juice and tomato puree.
5) With salt and pepper, season to taste.
6) Now, add the drained vegetables.
7) In a rinsed 1 pint ring mould, spoon this mixture.
8) Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

SERVING
9) Serve the Tomato Vegetable Ring cold, as an appetizer.
