Brussels Chef's Salad
|Brussel sprouts/1 package, frozen||1 Pint, cooked (If Fresh)|
|Cooked ham strips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken strips||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Processed swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Torn lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a large serving bowl, add brussels sprouts, ham, chicken, cheese, celery and lettuce. Toss well to mix all.
2) Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
3) In a small bowl, add in cider vinegar, salad oil, paprika, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well.
4) Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Toss lightly. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
