Orange Chef's Salad

Ingredients
  Watercress 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Lettuce head 1⁄2
  Romaine head 1⁄2
  Orange sections 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced unpeeled apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), slivered
  Diced sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French dressing 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Tear the watercress, lettuce and romaine leaves into bite-size pieces.
2) Transfer the torn leaves into a large salad bowl.
3) Add in sectioned apples, diced apples, chicken slivers and diced cheese. Toss well.

SERVING
4) Pour the French dressing over the Orange Chef S Salad. Toss once again and serve immediately.
