Orange Chef's Salad
|Watercress||1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)|
|Orange sections||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced unpeeled apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), slivered|
|Diced sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1) Tear the watercress, lettuce and romaine leaves into bite-size pieces.
2) Transfer the torn leaves into a large salad bowl.
3) Add in sectioned apples, diced apples, chicken slivers and diced cheese. Toss well.
4) Pour the French dressing over the Orange Chef S Salad. Toss once again and serve immediately.
