Asparagus And Ham Salad

Ingredients
  Canned asparagus spears 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cooked ham 1⁄4 Pound
  Pineapple rings 4
  Lettuce leaves 6
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
For garnish
  Tomatoes 2
  Hard-cooked eggs 2
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain asparagus and chop them.
2) In a mixing bowl, place the chopped asparagus.
3) Dice the ham.
4) Cut the pineapple rings into small pieces.

MAKING
5) Add both pineapple and ham to asparagus and mix together well.
6) In the bottom of individual glasses, place lettuce.
7) Divide asparagus mixture evenly between them.
8) If using brandy, mix it with mayonnaise, lemon juice and cayenne.
9) Divide dressing equally between glasses.
10) Garnish with sliced tomato, sliced hard-cooked egg and chopped parsley.
11) Chill the salad for 10 minutes before serving.

SERVING
12) Serve the chilled salad in lunch or dinner.
