Hearts of Palm Salad

Ingredients
  Butter lettuce head 1
  Hearts of palm 2 Can (20 oz) (Store Overnight In The Refrigerator)
  Hardboiled eggs 4
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves.
2) Line 6 individual salad plates with the lettuce leaves.
3) Arrange the palm hearts and egg slices over the lettuce leaves .
4) In a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients together and pour over the salad.

SERVING
5) Serve the Hearts of Palm Salad plates, immediately as an appetizer.
