Roquefort Salad

Ingredients
  Bite size pieces salad greens 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crumbled roquefort cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 cup)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl toss greens lightly that has been rubbed with garlic along with salt, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and Roquefort.

SERVING
2. Serve at once.
