Spicy Shrimp And Pork Salad

Ingredients
  Ground coriander seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried ground chili peppers 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked cubed pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked and diced small
  Cucumber 1 , ,peeled and sliced
  Mint 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine together the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers.
2) Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber.
3) Toss all the ingredients lightly.

SERVING
4) Serve in a salad bowl, garnished with mint.
