Tomato Bacon And Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2
  Bacon strips 4 , diced
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , quartered
  Broken salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. To prepare tomatoes, peel and quarter them.
2. In a pan cook bacon until crisp, drain and reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
3. Mix tomatoes, bacon, eggs, greens and fat and moisten with French Dressing.

SERVING
4. Season to taste and serve.
