Vegan Mock Tuna Salad

A raw vegan recipe for delicious mock tuna salad.
Ingredients
  Sunflower seeds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), soaked
  Celery stalks 2
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), cut up
  Fresh dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dulse 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 2 Tablespoon
  Macadamia nuts 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

In a blender, combine sunflower seeds, celery, green onions, dill, and dulse.
Blend until smooth.
Pour in a mixing bowl.
In a blender, combine coconut water, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, mustard powder, and macadamia nuts.
Blend until smooth.
Add this mixture to sunflower seed mixture. Mix them well.
Serve with flax seed crackers!
