Sea Slaw Salad
|Frozen imitation fish||6 Ounce, thawed and flaked|
|Finely shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped flat leaf italian parsley/Chopped fresh dill||1 Tablespoon (fresh)|
|Pickle relish||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1) Combine together the imitation fish and vegetalbes in a large salad bowl.
2) Combine together all the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour the mixture all ovr the salad.
3) Transfer the salad to a decorative serving bowl and serve right away. The salad can also be covered and stored in the fridge till it is time to serve.
