Frankfurters And Hot Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon fat 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced cooked potatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Frankfurters 8
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the frankfurters by making diagonal slashes in the frankfurters

MAKING
2. In a large saucepan, heat the fat and add the flour to the pan and sauté well
3. Add the sugar and the seasonings to the pan and mix well. Add water and vinegar to the pan and mix well to form a great mix.
4. Add the potatoes, onions and parsley to the pan and heat well again
5. Brown the frankfurters in a little fat and add them to the salad

SERVING
6. Serve hot immediately
