Parmesan And Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  Torn radicchio leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs) (red chicory)
  Torn bibb lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Torn boston lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Torn red leaf lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced shallot/Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the lettuce and cheese in a large salad bowl.
2) In a small bowl or cup, combine together all the remaining ingredients and with a wire whisk, beat till well blended.
3) Over the salad, pour the dressing. Toss to coat and combine.

SERVING
4) Serve the salad right away, at room temperature. Serve in a decorative salad bowl or on a serving platter. Makes a good appetizer or side dish.
