Tuna And White Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 4 Ounce, drained
  Canned white kidney beans 2 Ounce, rinsed and drained
  Finely diced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Finely diced red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chicken broth 2 Tablespoon (ready to use)
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the tuna, celery, beans, onion and parsley in a salad bowl. Toss to combine.
2) With a wire whisk, combine together all the remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour the mixture all over the tuna mixture. Toss to combine.

SERVING
3) Serve the salad right away at toom temperature or cover it and store in the fridge till it is time to serve.
